The Car Clinic ~ A Family Tradition since 1985

Our family has been a part of The Car Clinic from the very beginning. The original owners, Gary and Kathy Powell, founded the firm in 1985 and hired Tibor upon our arrival to the United States from Hungary in 1986. They worked together since, and on January 2001 Gary retired and Tibor took over the business management.

Tibor studied in Europe to become an Auto Technician. After finishing the school and receiving his Auto Technician Certificate, he came to the United States with his family and completed his Master Automobile Technician Degree. His dream to run his own Auto Repair Shop has been fulfilled and his wife Erika is helping with her administrative skills to run the business. She took a Service Writer Seminar and finished the Management Success School last summer.

We have two beautiful children - Tibor, studying Business and Engineering in Bend, Oregon, and eleven-year old Joey going to Crittenden Middle School.
